We're thrilled to have you join our community of fashion professionals committed to excellence, authenticity, and ethics. This guide is designed to streamline your onboarding experience, ensuring you're ready to connect with leading brands and showcase your unique essence to the fashion world.
Discovery:
Engage in introspective questioning to uncover your career narrative, ambitions, and values.
No judgments made; we seek to understand your unique journey.
Insight Gathering:
Collect detailed professional information, including experiences and specializations.
Recommendations from past employers or clients are requested to gauge the profile's fit.
Vetting Process / Background Check:
Profiles are assessed for alignment with Apshan’s vision and experience level.
Not all profiles are added immediately; some may not fit our current criteria.
Fashion Forward List (FFL):
A dynamic waiting list for talents yet to be accepted.
Being on the FFL is not a final verdict; opportunities for acceptance can arise with time and growth.
NOTICE FOR FREELANCERS
Feedback for Growth:
We do provide constructive feedback to all talents, especially those on the FFL, to help them understand areas for development.
Community Involvement:
We encourage interaction within Apshan’s community for continuous learning and networking, regardless of acceptance status.
Re-evaluation Opportunity:
We offer periodic re-evaluation for talents on the FFL to reassess their fit for Apshan as they grow and gain more experience.
Upon acceptance into Apshan's community, freelance talents will be asked to sign a Partnership Agreement. This formalizes our collaboration without restricting your independence or ability to work with others. It's a simple, flexible agreement that protects all parties involved. .
