This agreement does not limit your freedom to work with other clients or platforms. It's simply a formality to ensure there's no "lien de subordination" (subordination link), which is a legal term in France to describe a relationship similar to an employer-employee.
No Exclusivity: You are free to engage with other clients and platforms like LinkedIn or any others.
Flexibility: This contract can be terminated at any time by either party, offering you complete flexibility.
Mutual Protection: The agreement is designed to safeguard your interests, the brands', and Apshan's.
Independence: Your independence as a freelancer is fully respected and protected.
